Delivery Schedule We send your order within 2 Business days. Most items are posted Through the Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. You will normally receive your order within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days.
Delivery Problems The Royal Mail usually delivers 2nd Class Post with in 3 days. So-Ez-Pc cannot be held responsible for problems with the Royal Mail Service. The Royal Mail will only accept loss after 15 Business days. If you do not receive the item within 15 Business days we will send a replacement.
If the item you order is not in stock we will send an equivalent or better product. If you are unhappy with the product, we will refund you funds on return of the item
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Order Problems
Please email on cserv@so-ez-pc.co.uk. Please quote your Paypal reference stating clearly any discrepancies in your order or any delivery breakages and we will contact you with a returns number.
There are many reasons why items ordered may need to be returned to So-Ez-Pc, the most common reasons are covered within the following paragraphs. Any other instances that may not be covered below will be subject to negotiations between So-Ez-Pc and the customer in question.
The customer has received incorrect Items from So-Ez-Pc. (e.g. not the items that were ordered) In this instance, So-Ez-PC will take full responsibility and will pay postage on the incorrect items replacements will be shipped on the items return. So-Ez-PC will cover the cost of both the return and the re-delivery of the replacements.
The customer has ordered the wrong goods from So-Ez-Pc. In this instance, SoEz-Pc cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when ordering items through our website. The goods received must be sent back at the customers own expense. Original shipping costs incurred by So-Ez-PC will be incurred. Replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. The customer will be liable to cover any cost incurred for the re-shipping of replacement goods. The customer will also be liable for any broken / lost / stolen items when in transit back to So-Ez-Pc.
Breakages So-Ez-PC reserve the right to certain stipulations regarding products being returned: i) All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are found to be damaged in any way, cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances ii) So-Ez-Pc can only accept the return of unused / unopened items. Any items returned that have been used, opened or tampered with in any way cannot be replaced or refunded.

If you suspect breakages within your shipment, you MUST contact the Royal Mail and inform them of the damage.

Faulty media must be sent back to us (after a returns number has been allocated via telephone) to the address above to enable us to do a full test on the media.
If this media is found to be faulty (and not incompatible with your equipment) a full refund (or replacement) including shipping charges will be given.
If alleged faulty media is returned to us, and is found to be in good working order, then a charge of £10 plus return shipping charges will be applied.
Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any faulty media purchased. Incompatibility problems (in particular dvd-r & +r) should be returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition. Only the un-opened media returned will be replaced.
